We're getting old, and we know it. We understand that some of you youngins may not be as excited as we are for the debut of Wild Flag. Let's face it, the members that make up Wild Flag's former bands (Sleater-Kinney, Helium, Quasi, Minders) came to prominence a long time ago; and, to be honest, we were pretty skeptical that they could still bring the goods. Well, forget about those concerns. To put it simply, Wild Flag brings it. There's something exhilirating about these ladies playing a young man's game and dominating.

Recommended If You Like:
Sleater-Kinney, Superchunk, college radio in the 90's.

Looks Like:
the coolest moms in the PTA.

Feels Like:
getting your ass kicked by someone older than you...and then realizing that ass-kicker is a girl.
