Two Matchsticks is the second album from Andrew Kenny's post American Analog Set band, The Wooden Birds. Any fan of American Analog Set will tell you that it's probably impossible for Mr. Kenny to be fully appreciated as a songwriter, and his work with The Wooden Birds is bolstering that reputation.
The album is yet another collection of mid-tempo pop songs that seem to hide somewhere in your DNA, and Kenny has a way of bringing them to your consciousness.
