When you place an order through our website, you have two options for receiving it. Locals can pick-up at our old storefront location for FREE, and everyone has the option to have their order shipped.

STORE PICK-UP
We continue to operate our business out of our old storefront location. This is where you will pick up your order, if you select the "Store Pick-Up" shipping option, at checkout:

In order to arrange a pick-up time, send an email to: team@MUSICSAVES.com
The preferred hours for pick-up are Monday-Friday, 11am-6pm. If these time frames are not possible for you, we will work with you to arrange a pick-up time that fits into your schedule! Just let us know when you can come by, and we'll go from there!

IMPORTANT!
It is the customer's sole responsibility to contact us to arrange pick-up. Any order left with us beyond 90 days of placement, with no communication from the customer, will be considered void. No refunds will be issued on these purchases. 


SHIPPING
Our shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays.
Orders placed by midnight EST on Sunday will ship Tuesday.
Orders placed by midnight EST on Wednesday will ship Friday.

We offer $4.99 flat rate shipping on all orders via MUSIC SAVES Flat Rate Shipping (USPS Media Mail: 2-8 days depending on the distance), but you can choose another shipping option if something cheaper comes up when you checkout, or you want your order faster. You will receive an email once your order has shipped. If you don't see that email within a few days of placing your order, be sure to check your Junk or Spam folder. Emails come from team@MUSICSAVES.com, and some systems assume this is a spam address!

There is no minimum purchase required.
At this time, we are only shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.
PLEASE NOTE: We aim to stay on our shipping schedule as best we can, but delays may occur during holidays, large sales, and around popular releases!

NERVOUS ABOUT HAVING VINYL SHIPPED TO YOU?!
You don't have to be, when you order from us!
We have years of experience sending and receiving vinyl, and have even given several of our distributors suggestions for better packaging to ship vinyl! We take extreme care in doing everything within our power to make sure you receive your records in the exact same condition they were sent out! We hate bent and smashed corners, TOO!

PLEASE NOTE: In transit, vinyl packaging is subject to seam splits. This is when the record hits the edge of its packaging with such force that it breaks through the cardboard slightly, exposing the guts of the cardboard, on the seam. If you are worried about this, you can request that your records be opened before they are shipped. We will carefully remove the record from its outer sleeve, and ship to you with the individual pieces stacked. Your record will still be protected by the inner paper sleeve. Your order will still be shipped just as safely.
